FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS

When will my order ship?

Orders usually take 1-2 days for us to pick, and 3-6 days to ship. However, the size of your order and location will further determine the time it takes for your package to reach you. We will send you tracking info to the email used at purchase when your package ships.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer flat-rate shipping at $9 within the United States. Orders over $100 ship free. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Why can’t I find what I’m looking for online?

Since we have a shared online/in person stock, we take products off the website when they near low inventory numbers. This helps us prevent over-selling our products. This means we have some products in-store that are not available online.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on merchandise that is still in the same condition it was when purchased - this means we can’t accept wound skeins of yarn or opened packaging on gifts. We also don’t accept returns of cut fabric.If your purchase meets those qualifications, we can accept returns within 30 days of purchase (for in-person orders) or delivery (for online orders.) Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping.

How do I cancel an order?

If you’d like to cancel your order, e-mail janell @ madewithharmony . com as quickly as possible. Once your fabric is cut or order is shipped we can no longer cancel your order.

How does free in-store pickup work?

If you’re in the Utah County area, we offer free in-store pickup in our shop at 275 E Center St. Provo. Once your order is ready to be picked up (usually within 2 days of purchase), you’ll receive an e-mail. We will hold your order for as long as you need :)

What exactly am I ordering?

We sell our fabrics in ¼ yard increments, beginning at ½ yard for online orders. This means if you order 2 of a fabric, you’ll receive one half-yard cut of fabric.

Do you offer sample cuts?

We unfortunately are not able to offer sample cuts. The smallest cuts available are ½ yards online and ¼ yards in-store. If you are in-store, we also have fat quarters of many of our quilting cottons.

Will my yarn order come from the same dye lot?

We do our best to pick yarn from the same dye lots, however if we don’t have enough of the same one and the yarns are different enough, we will contact you with a picture and let you decide where you want to go from there.

Can you wind my yarn for me?

We currently do not wind yarn for online orders. If you are in-store, we can assist you in using our yarn winder.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don’t have a gift wrapping option for online orders, but are happy to package a gift in-store.

Monday - Wednesday 10am-6pm

Thursday - Saturday 10am-8pm

Closed Sunday

Do you host events?

We host a weekly Maker Meetup every Thursday from 6:30-8:30pm.

We also have annual events like our Fashion Show and Holiday Open House, as well as occasional one-time events.

All events will be posted on our Instagram @madewithharmony.

What is your return policy?

We can offer refunds within 30 days for any item that is in the same condition it was purchased in. If you have passed the 30 day mark, we only offer store credit. If your name is in our system and attached to the order, you do not need your receipt. However, if we can’t find your order, we only offer store credit.

Wound yarn or cut fabric cannot be returned unless there is an issue with the item.

Where should I park?

We currently only have street parking available. Please do not park in neighboring businesses parking lots.

How do I download my PDF pattern?

A link to download the pattern should be sent to the email used during purchase. If one doesn’t come in after a few hours, email mel@madewithharmony.com and we will send the pattern again.

Do you print PDF patterns?

We unfortunately do not currently offer large format printing.
