Depending on how loosely you tie your straps, the Skyline can transform from a standout standalone to the ultimate layering piece. Not to mention the dozens of ways you can customize your dress.

Sizing: 0 - 34, which correlate to 31"-61" Bust, 24"-54" Waist and 34"-65" Hip. See full body measurement and fabric requirement charts in photos.
Fabric needed: 2 1/8 to 3 1/8 yards, depending on view, size, and fabric width. See photos for more details.
Fabric suggestions: For this pattern, I recommend woven cotton or linen with a moderate or fluid drape between 3-7 oz per square yard. Stiffer fabrics with a voluminous drape can be used, but they may result in a “poofier” garment. Fabrics with a lot of stretch or a loose weave like gauze are not recommended, as they can make the binding construction quite tricky.

Syd was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah where she always had some sort of art or craft up my sleeve. After high school (where she spent the majority of my time painting), she moved away to Portland, Oregon and has lived most of her adult life across the Pacific Northwest with her husband and two children.
