The Saundra Skirt features a flowy A-line shape, a comfortable elastic waistband, roomy pockets, and an optional lining. Its vertical panels create an elongating effect and allow you to embrace your inner patchwork goddess if desired. The pattern also includes an option to add godets for extra twirl and movement.

Sizing: 00 - 36, which correlate to 22.5"-56" Waist and 32.5"-66" Hip. See full body measurement and fabric requirement charts in photos.
Fabric needed: 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 yards of main fabric, 7/8 to 1 3/4 yards of (optional) godet fabric, and 1 1/4 to 2 1/2 yards of (optional) lining fabric, depending on view, size, and fabric width. See photos for more details.
Fabric suggestions: For this pattern, I recommend lightweight wovens (between 2-6 oz per square yard) with a moderate or fluid drape. If you are lining your Saundra Skirt and/or adding godets, I highly recommend using lightweight fabrics (especially for the lining itself) of 4 oz or below. Using thicker fabric can make the lining process and waistband construction quite tricky. Avoid knit fabrics or fabrics with a lot of stretch.
