Fabric needed: 0.9-1.7 yards of main fabric and 0.6-1.1 yards of lining depending on view and fabric width. Depending on which view you make, you may also need leather straps or webbing.
Fabric suggestions: Oilskin, Linen, Mid-Heavy weight Cottons, Mid weight Denim (8-14oz).
