Each of the 52 cards has a mindfulness activity, an affirmation, descriptions for the pose, and variations that make them fun and accessible. Each pose is inspired by nature and is uniquely hand drawn.
The deck is divided into four categories: the elements.

The cards are printed on a 5-inch by 5-inch durable material, made to withstand rough use. They aren’t waterproof, but they will withstand getting a bit wet. Perfect for adventurous families! The bags are hand-made out of durable canvas material.
Please note, you will receive instructions either in the Air/Earth coloration, or the Fire/Water coloration. Both sets of instructions contain the same content, just different colors.
